The system
This modular construction system enables the construction of many architectural styles of building.
Buildings are erected by the system assemblers from flat-pack elements which form the world’s only three-dimensional interlocking post-tensioned structure. This revolutionary approach uses low energy, sustainable, mass-production techniques.
Uniquely within the construction industry, the same manufactured elements are used for floors, walls, ceilings and roof. A three-bedroom building is delivered to site flat-packed on only two lorries.
The building is quicker to erect than any other system, and all elements can be manhandled on site without special lifting equipment.
There are now two manufactured panels types LVL (laminated veneer lumber) or LGS (light gauge steel). For further details refer to ‘Carbon footprint’
